de Payölle is a family business, founded and run by a woman who has spent her life in beauty. We are not a chain. Every client who walks through our door is welcomed like family.
Before moving to the United States, our founder Eleonora, a beauty master, ran her own small four-chair lounge studio. In America she kept doing what she loves, and soon her clients were booking her a month ahead. So she opened a full-service salon where every woman can find everything she needs, all in one warm and caring place.

A name that came in a dream
The name de Payölle came to Eleonora in a dream. She had never heard the word before. Later she learned that a lake in France carries this name. We believe this name was sent by God. Or perhaps a show about France once played in the background, and the name quietly stayed in her heart. Either way, it was meant to be.
Masters you can trust
Our masters come from Eastern Europe, the birthplace of many new lash and brow techniques. On average they have 11 years of experience, and some have more than 20. Our team includes multiple international champions, judges at beauty championships, speakers at industry events, and educators who teach other professionals.
We keep learning from the best:
- Lashes and brows: our masters trained with top lash and brow stylists in Eastern Europe, the region that is the most developed in the beauty industry.
- Russian manicure and pedicure: at de Payölle this is the real Russian manicure, not a copy. It is done by masters from Russia with products brought from Russia, for a truly authentic experience.
- Hair reconstruction: we trained with Brazilian experts and use premium Brazilian products approved for use in the US.
- Hair coloring: we train with American educators, including Paul Mitchell and Kérastase, and our stylists studied with the creator of AirTouch, a coloring technique that is gentle on natural hair.
