Information we collect. Your name, phone number, email address, date of birth (optional), booking history and the information you give us when you book online, call us, sign our consent form or contact us. For some services (for example permanent makeup, facials or lashes) our consent form asks health questions; we use those answers only to provide your service safely, and only staff who need them can see them. With your permission we may take before-and-after photos. Our website also uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site; you can opt out with Google’s opt-out tool at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it. To schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders, provide our services, share offers and bonuses you agreed to receive, answer your questions, and improve our website and services.

SMS and phone numbers. Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages and bookings for us, and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Email. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the salon (online booking, payments, email and SMS delivery), or when required by law.

Photos. We use before-and-after photos in our portfolio, website or social media only if you agreed on our consent form. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us; we will stop new uses.

Security and retention. We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Children. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us, except records we must keep by law. Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS.

Changes. We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest version.

Frequency. Message frequency varies, up to about 4 promotional messages per month, plus appointment confirmations and reminders.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We send emails about offers, news and bonuses only to clients who agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Deposit. New clients and clients who missed an appointment or cancelled or rescheduled on the same day are asked to pay a deposit to secure their appointment: $30 for services under $150, and $50 for services of $150 and more. The deposit is applied toward your service.

Permanent makeup (including touch-ups): $100 non-refundable deposit.

Paying the deposit. Please pay the deposit within 24 hours of booking. If it isn’t paid in time, we may release your time slot to another client.

Cancelling or rescheduling. – 48 hours or more before your appointment: your deposit is refunded. – Less than 48 hours before: the deposit can be moved once to a new appointment within 30 days, otherwise it is non-refundable. – Same-day cancellation or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.

After a no-show or same-day change. If you missed an appointment, or cancelled or rescheduled on the same day, a deposit will be required for all future bookings.
